Al is the President and Operations
Manager of Montair. He is also a Class I Instructor,
an Authorized Person and an AP Examiner.
He has been flying for 30 years - everything from ultralights to turbines - and has been flight instructing for two decades.
His background was in electronics and construction technical sales before he started his flying career 25 years ago.

Ian began flying single engine
airplanes 17 years ago and has been at Montair since
2002. He is the Chief Flight Instructor, an Authorized Person and Pilot Examiner as well
as the Director of Montair's Integrated Airline
Transport Pilot Course.
Born in England, he was a research
scientist in medicine before he chose a career in
aviation.

operations using the King Air and Seneca.
He has been flying gliders, single
