Flight Training & School Policies

Aviation is a heavily regulated industry; flight training in particular. Montair goes well above and beyond the minimum requirements of Transport Canada by having an approved Company Operations Manual and Training Manual (for Integrated Commercial/ATPL courses). We also have our own internal Quality Assurance system that provides regular feedback to the company management on the effectiveness of our policies and procedures.

Each flight training school is required by Transport Canada regulations to produce a ‘Flight Training Program Outline’ which is a minimum set of operating regulations. Montair has a much-expanded document that includes the relevant information from our operations manuals and policies required by provincial authorities that oversee education.

Our Flight Training and School Policies (Tuition Refund Policy, Dispute Policy, Sexual Misconduct Policy) is available for download here.
