Who We Are
Montair Aviation was established in 1988 with a clear mission: to train professional pilots to airline industry standards. In its early years, the company operated scheduled flights using Pilatus PC-12 aircraft, giving its instructors real-world, hands-on flying experience alongside their teaching duties.
In 2005, Montair shifted its focus toward training airline pilots from China, and became one of the few flight schools in the world to receive approval from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). Since then, the school has trained hundreds of airline pilots from multiple countries.
Today, Montair operates from purpose-built facilities at Pitt Meadows Airport (CYPK), featuring modern classrooms, multi-crew simulators, and a training fleet equipped with advanced avionics.
